Popeye & Bloat

I have a small guppy with Popeye (just one eye) that has begun to show symptoms of bloating. The Popeye showed up last week & his chest started to swell yesterday. He clamps his tail fin often but has been doing that since I got him a few weeks ago. I treated the tank shortly after I got him with General Cure & Erythromycin since I got him from our local fish store & the clamped fin I was told could suggest parasites. I initially treated with Aquarium salt for a couple days with no improvement & then started using Kanaplex 5 days ago hoping that would help. It’s only gotten worse. The ph stays at 7.2, ammonia is .25 (I was told with Prime it will show up as ammonia with API test kit), Nitrite is 0, and I’ve been keeping Nitrates at or below 10ppm lately (usually I do WC at 20ppm.) KH is usually 6-9 drops & GH is 10-11. Temp is 79.5. Should I give up & let him go or is there something else I can do? I read Erythromycin can help eye issues but since I already treated him with it a few weeks ago I didn’t know if I should try again. I just did a 50% WC & returned carbon filter to clear out the Kanaplex that wasn’t helping. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also it is an unplanted 20 gallon tank with two other new guppies in it. I do not have a QT.

So I tried the epsom salt bath & now both eyes are popping. He is still bloated but also still eating. I read on a website that a Erythromycin bath might work so I added half of a packet of Erythromycin to one gallon of tank water & let him swim in it for 30 mins. Now he’s hanging near the surface. (Still ate this morning though.) so to date I have tried Aquarium Salt, Kanaplex, Epsom Salt, & Erythromycin. His tank was also treated with both Erythromycin & General Cure a few weeks ago. I don’t want to lose him but I also don’t want to over medicate. Also, the other two guppies in his tank seem fine.
