Hello!

Don't freak out just yet! It's probably doing ok. You'll only want to be worried if it's losing color and detaches itself from the rock. Often in a new tank, they do get stressed out and will deflate from said stress; anemones are delicate creatures and scare the living soul out of people when they're acclimating. Give it more time to get used to surroundings and it should rebubble again

Also, they deflate in an attempts to expel waste from their body, or after a recent water change or feeding. So, if it happens in the future, it could be for one of these reasons.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

I'll echo KinsKicks.
The time to worry is if it detaches its foot. Other than that, new tank, new water flows etc, the animal just needs to get used to it. And as you've seen, it's starting to open up.

Also, make sure to feed it. You can target feed with meaty type foods (mine loved mussel and whitebait), and also a broadcast filter food, like Reef Roids or similar.
