First I had a copepod explosion now I am finding these little green ball things swimming around my shrimp tank. Someone please tell me what they are and if they are harmful to my shrimp.

What kind of copepods?
I thought they where called copepods. They are small I cant really get a picture but some of them match these female pictures exactly

These green balls are larger and look nothing like the copepods. They are round and green. The copepods are tiny and white and more straight.

Take a look at seed shrimps in google. Do they match?

Yes. No photos in your post to compare to the google.
I think you misread her post. She just suggested that OP look up seed shrimps. Could be moina too? There's really no way to tell from that video.

I think Moina swim differently

I’m just judging by a few YouTube vids I’ve seen

I was looking at one on the glass and it looks like it has two little antenna. It might be a seed shrimp. If it is is it harmful to my shrimp?

Not harmful. It's free food for your fish, if you have some!

I was asking Sakana to search seed shrimp and compare the seed shrimp on google to the ones in the shrimp tank
I’m almost certain they are in fact seed shrimp (Cypris) I actually raise them and have tons of microscopic documentation. They are actually a good source of fry food .

If you guys have any further questions about freshwater microorganisms I can help . I’ve documented a lot.
