How do you want to cycle it? Fish in or fishless?

fishless

Just move everything from the 5 into the 20. Substate, filter, decorations, water and fish. Slowly top off with same temp dechlorinated water. It would be like a big water change and the 20 will be cycled and ready to go if the 5 was cycled.

Depends on the pleco.

This is the best way to do it. Just re-home the pleco.
