Today I noticed my comet goldfish was swimming very oddly, spiraling while swimming and appearing to have no sense of direction my parameters are:
    Nitrate 10ppm
    Nitrite 0ppm
    Hardness 150ppm
    Chlorine 0ppm
    Ph 8.0
    Alkalinity 80ppm
    Ammonia 0ppm
My tank is 29 gallons, no tank mates did a 30% water change yesterday and treated with aquarium salt yesterday

It sounds like whirling disease in my opinion. :( However before worse comes to worse have you checked he's not bloated or anything? It could be that his swim bladder is affected by constipation. You could try fasting then feeding a deshelled cooked pea.

He's not bloated and he won't eat

    Hmm, has the whirling stopped?
I have looked up whirling disease and as I thought it can affect goldfish, although I believe it's common in salmon. I've heard of other people having infected goldfish.

Have a look at this video too, is it anything like this?
