Please Help Me Guess Male Or Female Angelfish

HI there I’m new to this so please go gently on me I have 2 angels and they have locked lips and keep twitching heads please can u help if I have 2 males or if I have a male and female

The breeding tube on the silver looks female to me. I can't tell on the other .

Both females based on the abdomen and what can be seen of the breeding tubes. They are likely fighting due to them both wanting to spawn and not with each other (meaning they will see each other as a threat and try to end that).

But their head are not well curved

 

Thank u everyone am I better off finding a male to put in with them if I’m fact I have both females or both males I will try and get some better pictures later if I can of the breeding tubes the big one seems to want to chase the other and sometimes the other fish

You cannot go by body shape unless it is a male with a massive nuchal hump.

I would not put a Male in with those two. But you could replace one with a male.

Also...if they don't stop fighting, I would rehome one.

 

So I’m no chance of putting any males with them then and sorry if I sound dumb new to this and new to having angelfish am I better off with keeping the 2 ive got and have no more angels currently there in a 150 litre tank but will upgrade as I kno they can get bigger Would like to add more fish but it’s knowing wot to get to go with them as I kno u have to be careful for fin nippers thank u all for ur opinions

 

I would put no more than 2 angels in a tank that size.

And no.... You are not better off keeping the two you have as they are doing a lot of fighting and lip locking. I would re home one.

What is the foot print of your tank? How long is it?

 

Just under 3ft by 2ft I think
