My goldfish has been injured as my new guppies were attaching it. Now it's staying at the bottom of the tank. It's eating very little food too. The left side if its body has some white thing stuck to the body. Pls save my goldfish. I have already separated the guppies from the goldfish. Are there any thing else I need to do?

How do you know the guppies attacked the goldfish. The white thing sounds more like a possible fungus infection or fin rot. Can you send a photo.

Can you post a photo? Guppies are pretty docile so I'd imagine they'd only "attack" if something was wrong like the fish was sick, they were uncomfortable, etc.

Can you also post your water parameters, tank size, etc?

Ok

Its hard to find a bigger tank for the goldfish

And before that I saw the guppy 'poking' the goldfish and the goldfish had to keep swimming around the tank trying to avoid the guppy

Hi,1 that is way to small of a tank for goldfish not to mention 4 more guppies in the mix. 2 Goldfish are messy so that would be a ton of ammonia for a small tank. Also what are the parameters and fish tank size
