Please help - German Blue Rams White Spot on Fins

I can’t get any help on this at all and I’m about to the point of flushing 2 fish. I got 2 German blue rams and they got white spots on their fins. It went from 1-2 spots to 7 at most in a week. Hasn’t spread from fish to fish yet. I’m pretty positive it’s not ich and I know it’s not my tank conditions. The older white spots have gotten bigger too. If it spreads and kills all my fish I’m just going to quit the hobby.

A clear picture would help folks diagnose the problem. Don’t flush your fish.

I really don’t want to flush them but I also don’t want my other stuff to get sick either. Forgot about a picture btw sorry.

There’s never a good reason to flush any fish. That’s especially true for the Rams in your pictures. If you need to put a fish down, use a more humane method like clove oil.

A201 mentioned lympho in your other thread on this same subject. If that’s what it is, I had a Ram with it a couple years ago. I can’t say that I cured it, but I was able to pretty dramatically reduce the number and size of the spots. All I did was become more obsessed with water changes than I normally am. At the time, I was doing 50%+ every 4 days.

I’ll keep watching it and try to beat it down a little but I seriously can’t do much more than normal weekly maintenance and feeding twice a day. I’m struggling to balance work and school.
