Platy with possible lump inside

Butterscotch

IMG_0727.JPG
Hi all,

Our platy (on the left in this picture, sorry it's a bit blurry) is quite extended on its right side. We can't tell whether it's a lump? The water parameters are fine, she's still eating well, but needs to rest more than her sisters and you can see her mouth gasping for air, so to speak, at times.

Any suggestions on a possible treatment or what it could be would be really appreciated.

Thank you.

Not really sure, some research on google can help! But I think it could be a cancer lump or bloat. Not completely sure though
