Platy Sick Or Preggers

I believe it’s a male. I’m hoping I’m wrong.




What should I do if he is sick!?

 

That’s a male judging by the pictures. How often do you feed? What do you feed?

 

Feed daily. I vary the diet freeze dried blood worm, flake food, micro pellets.

 

That looks like a male. Try feeding a pea.
Put a pea in a coffee cup full of dechlorinated water. Microwave for 1 minute, deshell, and feed in little pieces. That should fix it.

 

Does he seem to be getting better. I cut off two days food, added aquarium salt, and tried feeding him a pea but he hardly touched it.

Honestly, fast for a day. Should get better. Platies are very hardy. And avoid overfeed in the future.
