Platy Lying On Bottom Of Tank Sometimes

One of my female platies is lying on the bottom of the tank and not moving at all, like, she doesn’t even move her front fins. The thing is, she only does it for about 5 mins at a time then acts normally again for 5 mins. She eats and just yesterday she was swimming happily with the others. She seems to have a tiny white thing just barley poking out of her butt. Is it worms? Did she eat something she wasn’t supposed to? What Can I do about this?

What is the male female ratio? I had 2 males to one female and she just couldn't take the pressure

I used to have 1 male with three females including her until he became too much of a problem and I removed him. After that she regained her colour and seemed fine, she’s with all females now. Do you think it could be stress? Will she get over it?

Hummmm i'm not too sure. As long as she doesn't sit at the top or bottom of the tank for long periods of time and keeps eating I think she will be fine.

I tried to get a pic of it but it’s so tiny and she won’t stay still
I hope she is fine, I have ordered some prazipro because my newest platy has worms so I’m treating the whole tank, it should arrive Wednesday so if she has something that should take care of it
Thanks so much!
