Platy is bullying other platy

I have a bullying problem
I used to have a male and female platy but the male was chasing it so much I got a new female
The male stays with the new female following her but is bullying the old female. Today I found the old female with ripped find
Please help

Sorry you didn't get an answer sooner! Fish often will pick on sick or stressed fish which is likely what caused it. A lot of things could have caused the stress. Sorry you lost your fish!
