Platy fin clamping

Hello. I have a 15 gallon with 6 platies in it. One of my platies started showing signs of ich so I started treating with paraguard about a week ago. (My heater doesnt have a temp control on it to change temp.) The ich seems to be getting better but I have 1 platy that has had her fins clamped for a while now. She isnt showing signs of ich or infection. No redness No swelling still eating etc. I have tested my parameters and they came up as ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0. I use the api freshwater masterkit. Temp is 76. Weekly 60% water changes during treatment. Carbon removed, but bio media still in place. What am I missing?

Though it doesn't show spots it can definitely suffer of the parasites in the water.

She could be very stressed or the fin could be ripped. This isn't my expertise, DoubleDutch is great with these kinds of things.

Thank you
