Platy diseases??

Hi guys,
I’m new here and I think I’m in the right place for some advice/help..I’ve got a tank with some platies and it’s been few days that I’ve noticed the balloon belly platy having a big white spot on her tail and one big white spot on her right fin (this fin looks like it’s bended) that doesn't let her swim like she used to. Today I’ve noticed another platy having the same spots on her tail.
I’ve tried to treat the problem as if it was ich, but I’m sure it is not the case, as I’ve had it happen in the past and know what it looks like.
I’ll post some photos of the two fish, so that you can have a look and help me sort it!

Hi honey thats ich and it goes away really easy its because of stress and water changes buy some ich treatment and add it to the water as the bottle says by the way as i red about it and watched some videos if the ich goes away on the 3ed day add the treatment one more day and make the water temperature only one degree higher not so high and evey day change 20 present of the water it goes away usually in 3 days

 

Some of that looks like ich. I would raise the temp to 83 degrees, but only raise it 1 degree higher per hour. After that do water change 2-3 days and I would look into getting a siphon so you can get any ich that’s fell into the substrate. Keep the heat up until all symptoms (white spots) have been gone for a week.

My concern is that I’ve been putting the ich treatment twice already (as the bottle says), but unfortunately I can’t raise the temperature as I have a pre set heater and the situation is still the same. Few weeks ago I had the same treatment done and the spots (which looked different from this time) were gone after the 2 days treatment.
I just don’t know how to save my two little platies
