Platty Help!! What Is This?!

Sorry for posting in the beginner thread but my platty needs immediate help.

I went on vacation for 6 days and left the fish feeding to a family member. I used the 7 day pill organizers so they wouldn't overfeed.

Got back yesterday extremely late so all the lights were off. Just saw this morning my platty is HUGE! I've never seen her like this. She's in a 29 gallon high tank with 1 other female platty, 3 black phantom tetras and 1 BN pleco. Last waterchange was 50% before the vacation.

I do see a small white dot by her anus? She was a baby of one of my old platties so she's not pregnant. Any ideas?! I'm thinking of not feeding for 2 days then feeding a pea? But last time she didn't want to eat the pea. Never seen her bloated like this?!

 

Looks to be constipated and bloated. You sure they didn't overfeed, because the tetras also look like they are overfed too. Feed it peas and then fast for three days.

Overfeeding doesn't always mean bloating. They are not bloated, but the tetras look a bit too round where the area should be flat across (not really, but definitely not like that).
