Plant suggestion for a beginner? Easy to take care of.
I was thinking dwarf hair grass, anubias, java fern, moss balls.

Dwarf hair grass can be tricky. You might want to go with an easier carpeting plant like Dwarf Subulata, anubias, java fern, and marimo moss balls are all easy good choices. Make sure to post a pic when you are finished planting

Anubias(Tied to rock or driftwood), swords(with root tabs under them), hornwort(planted or floated),Anacharis(floated or planted), Cabomba. These are all pretty good to start out. Anubias will grow in pretty much low/medium light. Swords you'll notice the teardrop shaped leaves will turn and die off which is normal, they're just transitioning from emursed growth to submerged growth.
