It could be that, it could also be something in the air haha, my heavily planted tank is near a very shaded window and I didn't dose iron and have had some crazy growth in the last few days, usually it isn't that noticeable, that quickly!

oh wow! Yeah usually I'll see a few leaves here, a few there but everything in my tank was growing like crazy. I have pennywort and rotala growing out of the tank. So there's trimming to do lol. And I just trimmed them like Saturday. What ferts do you use/dose?

There just like garden plants and fish, can be stressed out before and as soon as in the right conditions they grow pretty. My bettas take seconds from store to home and look much better and colorful. Same as plants they perk right up.

I have just been using flourish root tabs honestly. I have amazon swords and some Anubis and something else in there and my swords had some offshoots forming so I put it in the substrate so I could eventually cut off the stem from the parent (this was Friday)...I woke up this morning and there is like a minI plant already established and it has more than just a few leaves on it now too. The Anubis has like 3 leaves forming on it and i'm wondering if it isn't from the substrate finally breaking down or something (i'm using black diamond blasting sand)

oh wow! That's crazy! Does the new swords grow on the leaves of the parent plant?

Nope, it's shooting off like a spider plant or a strawberry plant!
