Plants For My 34l

Hey all!
Am setting up my 34L Betta and Galaxy Rasbora tank and want to make sure it's nicely planted to avoid any problems between the betta and the other fish.

I am looking for some plants to go on the floor of the tank, some stems plants and some plants which can float around and provide places for my fish to hide.

I am also looking for something that can eat the algae and any dead/decaying plant matter in my tank so if anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated.

So far in my tank, I have:
- A hornwort equivalent
- Java ferns
- Dwarf Blyxia
-Crypts
- Anubias on log
- Two other stemmed plants whose name I can't think of (soz)

Plants I have in mind include:
- Java fern & Rotala Indica (would combine them together to create a floating bed the insects can use)
- Pennywort
- Riccia Fluitans (for floor cover)
- Hornwort
- Ludwigia Repens

Fish for algae and eating of decaying plant matter I have in mind are:
Nerite Snail
Cherry Shrimp
Amano Shrimp

If you have any suggestions of a floor plant, stem plant or floating plant I could get, it would be appreciated!

-Thanks

Nerite snails are great for algae, I have 3 in my 55 gallon tank and they keep it spotless
