I recently got these plants from pet co as it’s the nearest place I can get plants and now they’re starting to look like this.

What is the disc in the first ? If it's a plant fertilizer it needs to go under the substrate about 3-6" from each plant.

Lack of nutrients or high ammonia levels / low Ph could be your issue.

How recent is recent? It's quite possible that the plants are melting as they are adjusting to it's new environment. That tends to happen often.
