A few questions:
1) did you put your aquarium by a window?
2) what kind of light are you using?
3) do you dose ferts? What kind if so?
4)How long do you leave your lights on every day?
Some factoids:
Egeria densa is a nutrient absorbing machine. Without ferts this may be why your frogbit is yellowing. It also needs a lot of light, and light deprived leaves will shrivel, be stunted, or yellow and fall off. Frogbit also has a propensity to block light, so it may not be very compatible with Egeria Densa, which needs a lot of light to thrive

You do know it’s safe to use ferts in most shrimp tanks? I used excel and flourish plus root tabs with my shrimp tanks. No issues. Don’t over dose excel but it’s all safe when used as directed.
