Planted tank over circulation losing co2...true?

Hi...always a student in the aquarist world. Im redoing my 55. Doing a branch n plants theme with a group of nano schooling. Im reading about co2 and over circulation loses it. Im concerned...should I put in a small powered really low? Im going to have some spots that may be uncirculated...any thoughts?

Liquid co2 works well for me. It's less complicated.
