How long does it generally take to tell if plants have snails while in quarantine?

Instead of quarantine, rinsing it out really well or a bleach dip works good. Bleach dips are best.

I was honestly afraid I would kill them trying that. Lol. I've got a sprig of hornwort and some small red root floaters.

You could always get an assassin snail if needed.

I've got Nerites and Mysteries, so that's a no go. I know one Assassin probably couldn't kill them, but if it had babies.....

You could always do a dip of potassium permaganate, bleach, or alum. If you do not want to do a dip, I would personally just quarantine for 2 weeks.
