It could also be myrio. Can you get a picture of the top of a stem? It might make it easier to distinguish.

It looks a lot like my hornwort, but I haven't seen the other plants they mentioned, so I wouldn't know.

+1 Hornwort

The other listed plants have a similar shape/form and can easily be confused.

I would tend to agree with the rest that it does look like hornwort however with any of these there are a few similar ones that are very hard to distinguish.
