A little over a month ago my cousin gave me a few little plants. Currently in search of more information of one plant in particular as we are unable to identify it. It is a grass like plant (sagittaria of some sort or mini echinodorus I think) but doesn't resemble my dwarf sag. It has developed a runner under the gravel and produced another plant-let 1.5 inches away as seen in picture. The leaves are thin and green with a tint of red/bronze with black intermittent lines on it horizontally. Are the lines natural or a deficiency that has occurred? Leaves are approx 2-3" in length and 1/4" in width. Plant on the left is horn-wort if that helps with sizing approximation.

Any help would be appreciated as I am quite intrigued by this plant. Sorry if photo is poor quality, my phone is an ancient baked potato. IMG_2696.jpg
