Plant Holders?

So I have a bit of a predicament....
I had tons of anacharis keeping my nitrates around 0, but after leaving for vacation, my goldfish wasn't getting fed enough and has developed a taste for anacharis. I've tried removing it from the tank for a few weeks, regrowing it, and reintroducing it, but it seems he has now learned that it's very edible.
I was wondering if anyone had ideas for keeping the anacharis in the tank, but safe from the goldfish, though without ruining the look of the tank. I'd still need decent water flow in/around the plants, but without my goldfish being able to eat it.
Thanks in advance

I think you should keep live or artificial plants that they can hide in

The only thing I can think of is a plastic coriander but it might not look very nice.

You could get a clear breeder box with a lid and hide it behind some other decoration. If it grows too big just chuck some in the tank for them to munch on.

I don't need it for hiding, I only have one fish lol, I need them for the nitrate removal.

Okay thanks, I'll look into these. So far, he's leaving a melon sword and Pennywort alone, so I'll try and grow those out and put a container behind them. Thanks!

Okay, so question;
I found some nice goldfish bowls (I mean, not nice for goldfish, or anything other than shrimp, lol), and they hold about 1.5 gallons ans have slanted tops. I mean, for $3 each I grabbed as many as I could carry (three, lol). I was wondering if there was a good way to partially seal off the top while still allowing water flow.
Eh, my best idea so far is to use some of my gravel and silicone it across the top, so there are still gaps, but that won't look so great. Maybe some of those clear glass things?
Anyone have better ideas? Thanks!
