Right now I have some Anubias, Amazon Swords, and Wisteria. I am trying to experiment with different plants but could use some advice from experienced members on what works in SA tanks. I have plenty of driftwood to tie plants to since I know the RHT's will uproot most things. Appreciate everyone's help in advance!

Java fern and java fern are beautiful but not South American. I'd look for differrent species of Swords (bigger and smaller ones).

my acara rips up anything in the substrate. i therefore only use java ferns tied to driftwood. he does yank on them too and pulls a leaf off now and then. i also tried anubias but he eats the leaves.
