Planaria advice

Despite soaking plants in hydrogen peroxide, it seems they have introduced planaria into my fish tank. It is a 60 litre with one betta. I have some liquid panacur on the way but I wanted to ask if I had to put my betta in a quarantine tank while using the panacur? The quarantine tank has not been cycled so I am concerned she may become unwell in it. Also, how to I remove the planaria out of her sponge filter? I do not want to lose any beneficial bacteria. Thank you for reading.

Fish will be ok while using so there's no need to remove him, you leave your filter running this will kill any inside and not affect the cycle
It may be worth watching your beta as he may take a liking to planaria as part of his diet
