Pictus Cat Twitching

HELP!!!

My Pictus Catfish I've had for 4 months suddenly started twitching and doing 180° twisters

I have diagnosed some fish in my tank with Ick and have done a 75% water change 3 days ago and have done a 25% change this morning to help with the infections.
I've also added some API aquarium salt to prevent other fish from catching this disease.

55g. Tank with Serpae & Black Skirt Tetras as well as, albino & pygmy corys, some goldfish, algae eaters, and cichlids (severum, rainbow and keyhole)
I haven't done a water test yet
Tank is cycled, I've had it since May.

Pictus catfish are scaleless which makes them especially sensitive to salt. Do a 75%+ water change to reduce the salinity, then use an ich treatment combined with more water changes and a temperature raise to kill off the ich.
