This in NOT the long term set up.
This is temporary until I get the central systems set up.

Things are still getting settled in.

I currently have about 40 tanks set up in the fishhouse.

Most filtration is being handled by twice weekly 50% water changes and plants.
( I do not recommend this to those new to the hobby.)

As well, you can see a lot of the plants that will be in there.

Currently, I am running about 50 species of fish and about 20 species of aqautic plants.

Several of the livebearer and cichlid species have already produced babies.

Best,
Dino

That's so much of everything Dino I wish I could have so many tanks and so many fish! (But I'd hate so many water changes, lol). Great job Dino

Holy Moly!!! How big is the biggest one pictured? (The one on the work-bench looking thing?)
I'd love to have that many tanks! But I'd have to have them all inside my house where I could just lounge and watch..... But it's hard enough trying to think of how I can "sneak" a ten gallon into the house without causing my husband to have a heart attack..... even though he knows about my love for animals, a man can only take so much! He even put up with me owning a skunk!
How long does it take to care for all those tanks? Approximately how many fish do you have?
Please post more pictures, so that I (and probably many other forum members) can live our dream through you!! ;D

It looks like it'll be cool when your done. But thats not for me. I'm to lazy for all those tanks. Give me a 55-125gal and I'll be 1 happy camper.

The pool contains neolamprologus multifactitus, an African shell dwelling cichlid.

The place looks fabulous, Dino! How I wish I could visit and see all the fish you have in there. The sheer number of tanks is enough to make me so envious!!

Good luck with it although I know really luck doesn't have much to do with it, it is a lot of hard work. It is a great accomplishment. Congratulations.
