I got rid of my old crappy one. Here is my new and improved lighting.

cant take the moonlight pics. To dark with he webcam

LOL I can't take moonlight pics with my camera either too dark. Looks good, should put up a background though, would look better than. Sorry can't tell the difference between the two lights, though looks brighter, more glare.

yeah that color or maybe a nice dark blue for depth

Ya I have those tape on blue one side and black one side, I like them as I can choose what color I have. I have blue in my Freshwater tank and with the duller lighting it looks really dark and nice. For the Saltwater I'll probably do blue again though depending how it looks. I'm a blue fan but black can look nice too, whatever you like.

The light looks very good - you can definitely tell the difference between the MH and the old light. I also tried to take pictures of my tank with the moonlights on, but they would come out blurry on my camera. Was too dark too. But I think you could take pictures of a tank with moonlights on with a professional camera like Nikon, no?

Yeah even my verizon chocolate can do it. My webcam blurs out everything
