I realized today I haven't posted pics of these since I got them!

I've now had these guys for just over 4 months and most of them have atleast doubled in size

There is 2 ways to look at their tank.
You can either go negative and say "ewww.... look at all that algae!!"
OR
Positive, which I do , and say "The pond they are going in won't be squecky clean and the koi love rooting around in algae anyway! "

In the tank now there are:
2 orfe
5 ghost koi
1 orange ghost
1 white ghost

I spent forever trying to get a decent pic of the orange ghost because he is my favourite!
See if you can spot the 2 siblings
Look at the little cutey begging!

That's the most algae I've ever seen in my whole fishkeeping life! LOL It looks like an algae haven! I've never seen koi babies too. Thanks so much for sharing, Platy Ben!

@ BB: Orfe are excellent fish I used to have 4 which were getting close to 2 feet long in my pond, I gave them to my cousin for his huge field pond, they are now about 3 foot, he caught one while fishing the other day! Orfe grow pretty quick too. These 2 will be going to my grandad, he has a pond about as big as mine with about 8 orfe in

@ gremlin: I feed them twice a week, crushed koi pellets

Thanks all for the comments
And glad to hear you all 'like' the algae lol

Not again! I keep clicking on all of the Koi threads, fully aware that I'll see them and my desire to run out into my backyard with a shovel will hit me again.

Anyways, wonderful pics! I really like the little orange guy. Good luck with all of them!

Haha thanks guys

Your kinda late posting though lol.
All of these little guys are out in the pond and are about 3 times as big as they were now lol.
