Petsmart PRIME?

As I have stated in other posts, I am doing a fish cycle for lack of knowing better. This is day #26 and the five neons seem fine. I will post test results later if needed. After extensive reading here I decided to switch my water conditioner from "Start Right" over to Prime. However I just went to Petsmart website to order some and see they have two different bottles?

Seachem Prime for Freshwater and Saltwater, Item# 2753920
Seachem Prime Water Conditioner, Item# 11147375

Are they the same? The descriptions seem alike?

Thanks again for yet another noob question.

They are the the exact same thing. It says Freshwater and Saltwater on the bottle. Also it says water conditioner on the bottle.

They are exactly the same.

There's no such thing as noob question btw. We are all here to share what knowledge and experience we have with others so that those others can succeed as we have.

To clarify, lets suppose those two were actual different products and you bought the one you weren't looking for... not such a noob question after all

Glad to hear your tank is going well

What other stock do you intend for the tank?

Thanks to all answers.
Only in America?
I was shopping for aspirin the other day and normally buy generic EXCEDRIN. Walmart was out of generic so I looked at the brand names. EXCERDIN had I think eight different products and all had the exact same ingredients!
I am recently single and now shop for stuff for the first time. I am perplexed by the stupid never ending variety of the same stuff. Trying to decide on dish or laundry soap? Give me a break!
Anyway, I will post on roommates for my neons when the time comes. I want something only alittle bigger, orange/yellow, mid to upper level swimmers and very active. But that is for another post.

Good morning,

I have moved your thread from Freshwater Beginners to Aquarium Water/Water Conditioners section of the forum.

Zebra Danios or Herlequin Rasbora's might fit your bill. They're really active and seem to love being in a group
