I am wanting to put this piece of petrified wood in my 65 gallon fresh water aquarium. I have soaked in vinegar without bubbles and I am now soaking it in fresh water for a week. I was just wanting to see what other thought and would it be safe for my fish.

In common wood is replaced by silicium = harmless.

    Beautiful piece !

I’ve had multiple pieces of petrified wood in aquariums over the years. They did not seem to mess with water parameters.
