10 Gallon Tank Persistent bloat with guppy, not dropsy, not constipation(?)

TL;DR, guppy has been bloated since Thursday. I have been giving him daily epsom salt baths, fasted him, and given him boiled pea and daphnia, but the bloat hasn't gotten better. I don't think it's dropsy because my parameters are good (0, 0, 5) and he's not pineconing. I'm starting to doubt it's even constipation now because the epsom salt baths and boiled pea haven't helped. I saw him poop once on Sunday but that was it.

Tank
What is the water volume of the tank? 10 gallons
How long has the tank been running? 9 months
Does it have a filter? Yes
Does it have a heater? Yes
What is the water temperature? 78 degrees
What is the entire stocking of this tank? (Please list all fish and inverts.) Three male guppies and one male betta
(Disclaimer: I know guppies are supposed to be in larger groups but the last time I added new fish to a tank I got camallanus worms that wiped out half my guppies and now I'm traumatized :( These three are the survivors. I don't have space for a quarantine tank. The betta is peaceful and doesn't bother the guppies, and they don't bother him either.)

Maintenance
How often do you change the water? Once a week
How much of the water do you change? 50%
What do you use to treat your water? Seachem prime, and ever since I noticed the bloat I've been adding 1 capful of Seachem Stressguard a day
Do you vacuum the substrate or just the water? Vacuum substrate

*Parameters - Very Important
Did you cycle your tank before adding fish? Fish-in cycle, has been cycled for 8 months now
What do you use to test the water? API Freshwater Master Test Kit
What are your parameters? We need to know the exact numbers, not just “fine” or “safe”.
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: ~5 ppm
pH: 7.6/7.8 (can't tell)

Feeding
How often do you feed your fish? Once a day
How much do you feed your fish? A few small pinches of pellets for the guppies
What brand of food do you feed your fish? Hikari fancy guppy pellets
Do you feed frozen? Frozen bloodworms or brine shrimp once a week
Do you feed freeze-dried foods? Freeze-dried daphnia occasionally in place of their regular food

Illness & Symptoms
How long have you had this fish? 9 months
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms? Last Thursday
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms? He is bloated but otherwise acting normal.
Have you started any treatment for the illness? I've given him 30-45 minute epsom salt baths (1 tbsp of epsom salt to 1 gallon of water) every day since Thursday. Gave him a bit of boiled pea on Thursday and Saturday, gave him a bit of daphnia on Friday, and haven't fed him Sunday through today (Tuesday).
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase? No
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all? He is still active, swims around, begs for food, etc. The only unusual behavior is that he sometimes swims in place against the filter current (none of them have ever had any problem with the current being too strong, and he breaks out of it easily when I come over so I don't think it's too strong).

Explain your emergency situation in detail.
As posted above.

I couldn't get a side picture of him because he literally will NOT sit still long enough for the camera to focus, but I got one from the top while he was in his epsom salt bath. His tummy is round but he's skinny near the tail, like he's starving. I'm really worried about him, is there anything else I can do?

I think you're doing everything you can and maybe someone on here might know more than me, but I do have one question! Are you positive this is a male guppy and not a female? It's the only thing I could think of that could look like bloat but not be that or constipation (ie. pregnant female guppy). And if you're unsure try and get a side view picture of them and I can tell you if it's female or male

I am 100% positive he's a male, I've had him in a tank for 9 months with 5 other males and he never got pregnant or was chased around by them. He's also the smallest of my guppies and from my understanding the females are usually bigger.
I'm worried he has early stage dropsy but I have no idea how he would've gotten it as my tank is cycled and stable :(

Could just be that it's because he is the smallest. I'm not sure how else to help. I'm hoping someone else on here has ideas. And I look at the fin on the bottom to tell guppy sex (males have a long "spear" and females have a fan-shaped one). All my guppies are males and chase each other because it's just what they do (I probably won't own all-male guppy groups again). But everything you're already doing is the only thing I know how to treat it with. Check some other dropsy forum posts on here too. They might have other ideas you can try. :( hope you can help him

turned out he had fish tb. i had to put him down today. not sure what to do with the remaining two guppies, or how to make sure my betta has the best chances of survival.
