Pearl Gourami Vomitting food an hour later

Today I noticed all 3 of my pearl gourami vomitting their food 1 hour after I fed them. I don't think I overfed them because they finished all their food in less than 3 minutes. I feed them tetramin and they are in a 20 gallon tank with 4 corydoras, 5 zebra, 5 cherry barb, and 2 tiny angels. Tank is cycled and there's a ton of filtration in the tank. At least 500gph.

I've had problems with my fish vomitting before, and usually they're fine the next day. Are they acting weird? Other than the vomitting.

Not acting weird, but I did notice them being fattier than usual. They always seem to eat all the food no matter where I place the food in the tank. The angels, corys, zebra, and barbs always end up eating scraps that float to the bottom and or in this case the vomited food from the gourami.

They could have just eaten too much. I'm not an expert on this, though. So you might want to wait for another member to chime in.

yes, they are eating too much. Sounds like you need to change your feeding habbits. Since you are feeding flakes, are you putting them in the filters outflow so that the food is dispersed throughout the tank? That will give all fish an equal shot at the food.

either that or he just isn't feeling well, could be a 24hr bug... I mean heck we get them why can't fish.
