I used to feed my puffers a varied diet. Normally frozen blood worms will run for months.
For feeding-(once a day)
Sunday- 4 Blood Worms
Monday- Adult Brine Shrimps
Tuesday- Mosquito larvae
Wednesday- Snails
Thursday- Chopped Shrimps
Friday- 4 Tubifex worms
Saturday- Adult Brine Shrimps

Perfect, thank you. Would a day of fasting have any benefit?

Yes, you can do that on any day. Sometimes I do that on Saturday.

I appreciate the info. That was the last information I needed after a few weeks of research so I'm getting my puffer tomorrow
