Parrot fish with white marks

Hello. I’ve been asking for help for a while now and no ones been able to respond much. My parrot cichlid had odd white marks on her scales. I’m unsure if they’ve been increasing or stay the same or where they originate from. It is not ich, not velvet, I’m unsure. Her behavior is normal. Please someone give me suggestions for what this is. Again, it’s not ich. The white marks are more like blotches than circular plus she’s not flashing on anything.

I've been watching this hoping someone would respond, if it was irrating I'd have thought she would be flashing
Have they increased in numbers or grown bigger since you first posted,personally I'm not sure what it is I'm just hoping any information you give will help someone identify it.
