Parasites or just long poop?

So I know “long white stringy poop”= parasites but what does long clear stringy poop mean? And about 10 minutes after this photo he pooped a short brown poop so I’m a little confused he’s acting fine and so is petunia (other ranchu) ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 30-40 ppm but currently doing water change. By the way I don’t think I feed too much I feed about twice a day little amounts

New life spectrum goldfish and the only odd thing I fed them was frozen brine shrimp for the first time like 3-4 days ago
Last night I did medicate there food with metro and kanaplex
