Hey.
I noticed this morning that one of my black mollies has this long clear poop coming out.
I have since quarantined it in another tank. Could this be a parasite?
My water parameters are good, with ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels reading zero.
Is this something I should medicate? If so, what should I use?
Also, should I be worried about the rest of my fishes in the tank? I have 5 neon tetras, one guppy and another black molly.
Thanks in advance.

As long as the Molly continues to eat, probably no problems. White stringy poop doesn't always indicate intestinal parasites. The cause could be constipation, or reflect the type of food being fed.
Maybe hold off feeding for a couple of days to allow the Molly to clean out its digestive system.
