It's hard to see the cory clearly in that pic, I know it's often hard to get good pics but if you get a side on pic it would help to ID it

We have a 10 gallon also it's my little girls...which has 4 blood fins, 2 red eyes, a peppered which is huge, an albino, and a clown pleco and a rescue platty....could I shuffle them?
All of those fish need 20 gallons minimum.

For now I would do this until you can rehome some
10
8 bloodfins
4 peppered
1 platy

20 gallon
3 albinos
2 clown plecos (watch for aggression)
4 red eyes
3 sterbais

Corries can and will school together, however you will not get to see the natural behaviors of a group of all the same Cories. Make sure your tetras aren't chasing or nipping them. Tetras are notorious nippers.

Luckily the tetras mind their own and live peacefully together....

Also what should I be adding to the water to help....

Is this Cory aggressive by nature?
