Panther Crabs - Any info?

HI all,

So recently I bought a panther crab for my tank, I've researched what I can for it, and have set my tank up to try to cater for its needs; around the sides of the tank there are lots of large rocks for it to hide under, the sand/gravel is quite deep (an inch at minimum, some places it's deeper) and the tank has a few live plants. Are there any other things I can do/ should do to make it more welcoming to the crab, or any dietary requirements I should meet? At the moment it's eating a mixture of tropical flake food and 'Vege Wafers'.
The tank is a 23 gallon, is this tank large enough to have two Panther crabs, or should I just stick to the one?

Any information would be great.
Many thanks
