Panda Cory Sunken Eyes??

I realised some appitite loss over the past few days and one panda cory hasnt been eating lately. Now, it has eyes sunken into his head and he isn't active like the rest of the cories. Does anyone know what's wrong and is he dying?

I feed him regular sinking pellets and sometimes bloodworms.

A few days ago I changed from medicated water to regular water then his eyes start to sink. Does this have anything to do with the eyes?
