Panda Cory diet

I have a couple of Panda Cory Catfish, and I am hearing conflicting info on their diet with regards to algae wafers in particular. Do these corys eat them? They don't rush over during the day to the ones I have put in. Are the wafers better to put in at night? Are they nocturnal feeders? I feed flakes twice a day to the tank and have been using sinking protein pellets sometimes for the cory catfish as well.

Corydoras are carnivorous fish. While they may eat algae wafers, it has little to no nutrition for them. Feed them the sinking protein pellets daily. I feed both mornings and nights and they seem pretty active both at any time when being fed.

Frozen foods a couple of times a week are also recommended. Mine go crazy for bloodworms.

I second that. Mine get bloodworms a couple times a week, with shrimp wafers on the off days. They also eat the sinking cichlid food meant for my rams, and chomp a bit on fallen flake and the algae wafers meant for other fish.

I think a "bit" of green is good for them, but should not be a majority of the diet.
