Hey guys I've decided my centerpiece to be the pearls, but what I've read, people say keep only a pair and some people say keep a trio (1 male 2 females) so the male doesn't bully too much. I have a 55 gallon with cardinals and rummynose for now and it has a decent amount of plants. Is a pair or trio recommended?

Either is fine, a trio is better.
What will be the full stock of the tank?

Male Pearls are not that aggressive toward their females (or anything else, for that matter), so a pair is fine. I wouldn't do a trio unless I was having trouble getting a pair to breed.

Just different tetras like cardinals, rummies and lampchop rasboras. But I got two different asnswers. Is it OK for a trio or just a pair?
