I'm curious. I have 3 guppies, 3 x-ray tetras, 3 ghost shrimp, 2 snails, and 2 otos in a 20g. I have been told that is overcrowding my tank, even if you go by the 1 inch per gallon rule which I've been told is false. I feel like I see such contradicting advice on stocking tanks. What is your advice? I would love to give away my guppies and have a school of neons in my tank, but have always been afraid I'd be overstocking.
