Wolfgang, This would have to be one of the easiest corals to grow
Name: Duncanopsammia axifuga
Care: Easy Current: Low Lighting: Any
Origin: Australia to Southeast Asia
As our tank is set up for seahorses, we have a low current and lighting is standard 3' tubes ( 1x 30w white and 1x 30w Sylvania Coral Star )
Our perams
temp 23c
PH 8.2
We use sea water and add nothing to it ( just a little Purple Up now and then ) We feed the SH's Mysis shrimp and the Duncan gets any leftovers.
In the wild a colony of Duncans can get to 30' dia!

While possessing zooxanthella and being capable of photosynthesis, this coral appreciates regular feeding with any meaty marine foods able to fit into the expanded polyp's mouth. I feed occasionally with chunks of prawn or mysis, which is very easy due to the adhesiveness and reactivity of the tentacles.

they need a moderate to strong light currently I have 68 watts of PC over my 20 gallon tank. However I ordered a Sun pod for my tank which has 1x 150 watt MH bulb but definitely you could do it wit t5's (depending on your tank ofcourse)
