Can eating a red pepper make Ottos poop red? Is this something I should worry about?

Solution
Thanks for the color (pun intended). Also my ottos have been gorging on this red pepper for 40+ hours now. Is there a risk of them overeating or should I let them enjoy themselves?

If I feed a lot of veggies to my angels their poop turns green, so that makes sense that the peppers could make their poop red.
