Oscar identification?

I got my oscar fish, Mace, at Petco in October. They told us he was the last Lemon Oscar, but I don't think he is a lemon?? I can't seem to find much on baby gray oscar fish and what they are... and I don't think he could be a discolored tiger oscar because I give him a healthy variety of foods and even tried color enhancing foods but nothing happened? Anyone know? He is light gray with orange spots, black tipped fins, and white stripes. He does change his coloration by making the white stripes brighter whenever he feels like it, but that's it.

Without the light his markings aren't very noticeable and I've found he's camera shy and swims to the back to hide when I bring my phone near the tank so it's difficult to take pictures

 

Are the eyes pink? They don’t look to be in the newer pics but he could be an albino or possibly a platinum.

He looks young still and often times their markings/color will change a bit as they mature. You may have to wait till he/she is an adult before knowing for sure.

His eyes are orange/yellow. I'm worried he could actually be one of the "blueberry" dyed oscars
