Orphan Tetra

Can anyone identify this tetra? It's similar to a bleeding heart but more the size of a pristella. It was all alone at the lfs so I brought him home. He has integrated well into my pristella school.

The fish above him is a candy cane.

Am I missing something here? I see 2 identical tetras

Look closer, the candy cane has white tips on its pelvic and analfins, the tetra on the bottom does not and is not a candy cane, or I wouldn't be asking.

Actually, the two fish are different color varieties/populations of the same species, Hyphessobrycon bentosi. Lower would be called a Rosy Tetra, upper is a Whitefinned Rosy, AKA Candy Cane. They will interbreed easily, if you have a male. Both of those fish are female.
