Oranda keeps getting swim bladder problems

I have 3 fancy goldfish in a 30 gallon tank (I know it's not ideal but i don't really have any other options right now). I have a 75 gallon seachem tidal filter and a 30-60 gallon air pump. Two of the fish don't ever have any problems with swimbladder ever, but the oranda is constantly getting swimbladder issues and swimming on the top. The oranda is a female full grown adult, about 2.5 years old. The issue normally goes away if I feed her peas or don't feed her for a few days, but it happens all the time and I'm looking for a more long-term solution. Do you guys have any advice for a change of routine I could try?

Maybe make a fasting day part of the weekly schedule and feed it peas one day every week?

try to feed the food under waterline so she won't gasp for air while going for it

I feed them Hikari Lionhead sinking Pellets
Nothing against you, but I figured hikari would be the answer.

Ditch the hikari for a quality food. Hikari has more filler grain than anything else in it. Goldfish aren't evolved to digest grain. Look in to omega one, NLS, or northfin. Hikari does a good job with marketing, but the product doesn't nearly live up to the hype.

It's my humble opinion that how common hikari food is, and how common swim bladder issues are, have a cause and effect relationship. 9/10 times I ask that question the answer is hikari. Too much to be coincidence if you ask me.
